Nancy
started
Windesheim
Design in
1995. After
getting her
BA in Graphic
Design from
UCLA, she
focused on
typography
and how to
use type
as a tool
for communication.
Her "old-school"
training
allows her
to design
with "purpose"
and confidence
while keeping
a contemporary
style. In
order to
offer more
services
to her clients,
Nancy decided
to collaborate
with other
designers,
editors,
and photographers.
Leslie
Straw
Leslie's background
is in Fine Arts,
(MFA SF
Art Institute; Artist in Residence, Beaux Arts, Paris).
After working independently for a number of designers and agencies in San Francisco,
she teamed up with Windesheim Design in 2000, where she became the Ying to
Nancy's Yang, or is it the other way around?
Karen Margroff Dunn
Karen’s specialty is portraiture photography, but she has expanded her horizons to include product photography, images for web sites and books, as well as shopping center promotion and private events. Karen has also worked as an editor for more than 20 years. Her experience includes magazine editing, as well as copy editing for websites, promotional products, nonprofits and books. Her articles have appeared in national magazines.
